Kirsty & Gary got married at the gorgeous Amari Coral Beach Resort. It was an incredible location and they chose to have an outdoor wedding on the jetty. It speaks of the adventurous spirit and easy going nature of Kirsty & Gary, because rainy season was still sending unpredictable and sudden rain showers almost everyday. If it rained they decided they’d simply wait it out until it stopped, and then get married. Well, the storm clouds did brew over the jetty that morning, and boy did it pour!
It’s a good thing the boys had plans to get pampered with indoor Thai pedicures and massages that morning.
And of course, what wedding day would be complete without a blizzard from DQ?? Yes! In Thailand, a DQ blizzard costs only 30 Thai Baht, which equals to $1 CAD! Bonus: If they don’t serve it to you upsidedown, you get it free! GO DQ!!
A few faves from the girls
The rain finally did clear up and Kirsty & Gary made their way to get married!
The dramatic skies gave us the backdrop for the most EPIC images ever!
Another testament to Kirsty & Gary’s adventurous (perhaps sometimes crazy?) spirit: they bought over 100 fireworks from town, lined them up on the beach and a team of SEVEN guys lit them up! It was a spectacular way to end the day!
